What Do You Need?

Applicant Eligibility

The SME has at least 60% holding of Malaysian equity.

The SME is registered under Malaysia’s applicable laws and must be classified.

For at least one (1) year, the SME has been in service.

SME that are in operation for 1 year must have a minimum annual sales turnover of RM100,000.

SME in operation for more than 2 years must have a minimum annual sales turnover of RM50,000 in the preceding two consecutive years

Required Documents

Completed SME Digitalisation Initiative Application Form.

Copy of the director(s) / partner(s) / owner(s) identification card or passport, whichever is applicable.

Copy of licences for company registration (CCM, Form A / B, Form 24 & 49 and M&A or other related forms under the 2016 Companies Act).

The last financial year’s audited financial reports and the most recent management (if any) or revenue turnover proof (if any).

Bank statement of the business for the last two (2) months

The profile of the business (if any).

MDEC-listed invoice / billing and service agreement (Service Order Form) with an approved provider.

Any other information and documents as and when required by the bank.
